  4. Cover and keep for 1 hour. Knead lightly and divide into 8 portions. Roll each portion into a ball and keep it on a lined baking tray. Keep aside for 20 minutes. Brush the balls with 2 tbsp milk.
  5. Preheat oven at 180° for 10 minutes. Keep the tray inside the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. After removing from oven brush with ghee while it is still hot.
