  2. 2 cups milk
  3. 2-3 tbsp tea leaves
  4. 2 tbsp dry milk powder
  5. 4 black pepper corns
  6. 3 cloves
  7. 3 green cardamom
  8. 1 cinnamon stick
  9. 2 tbsp sugar or gurr powder

Steps to make to make CHAI (Masala Smokey)

  1. Burn some coal and place a clay pot and heat it up for 10 minutes. #Tip : if the clay pot is new please soak in water for 2-3 hours. Dry it completely then make it hot. If you don’t want to use coal then heat it directly on s to stove.
  2. Prepare the tea by boiling water and add tea leaves, sugar, cloves, cinnamon, green cardamom & dry milk powder mix in some milk. Add milk & Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea in another pot.
  4. Now carefully using tongs, place the hot clay pot in deep pot and pour hot tea in it.
  5. You’ll start seeing the tea is bubbling in the clay pot.
  6. This process give the tea a very amazing smooky flavour.
