  2. Add dry spices & tomato, cooked it till soft. Add some drops of water & cover with lid for 2 min. Now add dal without water.
  3. Again roast it to mix all ingredients together. Add kasuri methi & water(250ml) cook on 2 whistle.
  4. Now take a tadka pan add 1 table spoon ghee roast hing, finely chopped garlic and ginger slices. When it trun golden spread on dal.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander. If required add some black pepper. Tasty, easy and flavored dal is ready for serve.
