- Now bring it out to a plate then in the same hot pot again add oil now add bay leaf, green cardamom and then add masala paste, and all dry masala cook it for 2 mins then add fried cauliflower, alu and coat the masala well add little water to it and cook it for another 10 mins cover the lid.
- Now check it wheather it is cooked or not now add garam masala and atta to it cook it for another 2 mins and then garnish it with coriander leaves then serve it with Paratha.
