  10. Also, add ½ cup water or more adjusting consistency as required.
  11. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or till dal absorb flavor.
  12. Now add garam masala and coriander. mix well.
  13. Finally, Serve mixed dal fry with hot steamed rice or roti.
