  22. 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
  23. 1/2 tsp each of garam masala, coriander powder

Steps to make to make Baby Aloo Palak

  1. Making of Aloo - Boil the baby potatoes...add some salt while boiling and pierce it with fork.. remove the skin..
  2. Making of Aloo - Take 2 teaspoon of oil. Add jeera, 2 pinch of read chilli powder, pinch of haldi and hing (less spices as gravy already has spices) and half teaspoon of kasuri meethi...put potatoes and cook it for few mins... don't cook much because potato are boiled we just want to cover the potatoes with masala
  3. Making of gravy - Boil one bunch of palak (spinach) with 7-8 garlic cloves, 1 green chilli, 1 small peice of ginger, salt to taste and 1 cup of water..boil it for 15-20 mins...don't throw the water use it to adjust the consistency of gravy
  4. Making of gravy - Once the palak boils.... strain it..put some cold water or normal water with ice cubes on it, cool it and make its puree
  5. Making of gravy - Chopped one onion and tomato..in a pan heat 2 teaspoon of oil,add jeera, tej patta, badi Elaichi and then add onion and Kashmiri chilli powder, salt to taste only of onion tomato portion...once onion becomes pink add tomato, garam masala, coriander powder and some palak water..cook it and mash it and add the palak puree and boil it for 10 mins
  6. Finally add aloo to the gravy, cook for 2-3 mins and enjoy with rice and roti
