  14. 1 teaspoon Aamchur powder-

Instructions to make to make Meethi Dal

  1. First of all take a kadai, add ghee (2 tablespoon) n heat
  2. Put hing, then add ginger garlic paste, green chili, saute, then add chopped onions, saute for a while.
  3. Then add chopped meethi leaves n tomato paste. Cook for a while.
  4. Then add turmeric Powder, chilli, dhanyia jeera powder n salt.
  5. Mix it well, add aamchur powder n add cooked toor dal, mix well n add bit water, boil it.
  6. Now take a tarka pan, add 1 tablespoon of ghee, add 1 tablespoon of meethi leaves n red chilli whole.
  7. Temper it n add this double tarka into the dal.
  8. Meethi Dal is ready to serve.
