Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Sanudana Khichdi With Sabudana Bhel:
- 🎯 For Sabudana Khichdi :--
- 1 cup Sabudana / tapioca pearls
- 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup deep fried peanuts
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 no. Finely chopped green chilly
- 10-12 no. Sweet curry leaves
- 2 no midium size chopped potatoes
- 1/2 tsp sendha namak (rock salt)
- 1 inch grated ginger piece
- 1/2 tsp salt for sabudana
- 3 tbsp roasted peanuts coarsely powder
- 2 tsp sugar powder
- 1 tbsp finely chopped green coriander leaves
- 1/2 no. Lemon juice
- 👉 For Garnishing :--
- Fried peanuts seeds
- leaves Finely green coriander
- 🎯 For Sabudana Bhel :--
- 1 cup cooked subudana khichdi
- 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 no. Lemon juice
- 1/3 tsp sendha namak (rock salt)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped green coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- Falhari chevda (ready made Balaji packet)
- 👉 For Garnishing :--
- leaves Green coriander
- packet Ready made potato wafer
Instructions to make to make Sanudana Khichdi With Sabudana Bhel
- First wash the sabudana with clean water and soak for 2 to 3 hours. Then dry roast the peanuts in a pan and take in the mixer and coarsely grind it.

- Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the peanuts in it. Remove to a plate and leave it to cool.
- In the same pan add cumin seeds, green chilli pieces, sweet curry leaves and potato pieces and sendha salt and mix well. Cover the lid and cook on medium heat of gas till the potatoes become soft. Stir occasionally with a spoon so that the potatoes do not stick to the bottom. (If you want, you can also boiled the potato and cut into pieces.)

- Now the potatoes are soft. Now add grated ginger and mix well. Then drain all the water from the soak sabudana and add it to it, mix it, add sendha salt on top of the sabudana part, cover the lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame of gas. Stirring occasionally with a spoon so that the sabudana does not stick to the bottom.

- Now add roasted peanut powder, sugar powder, green coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix it and turn off the gas flame immediately. Lastly, garnish this sabudana khichdi with fried peanuts and serve it.

- Now we will make a mixture of sabudana khichdi from this same sabudana khichdi Bhel. For this, add 1 cup of sabudana khichdi from the prepared sabudana khichdi to the bowl and add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice and sendha salt and mix it.

- Now add green coriander leaves, pomegranate seeds and falhati chevada and mix it. Now our bhel is ready. To serve, add green coriander leaves on top and garnish this bhel.
- Now our Healthy and delicious falhari sabudana khichdi and sabudana bhel is ready for serve.. which can be eaten in fasting. You can do the plating as you wish.
