- 100 gm spilt green gram (urad kali dal)

- Wash and soak three lentils for 2-3 hours. Wash for 4-5 times. Put them in presser cooker add water till it covers lentils.
- Add chopped tomatoes ginger green chillies salt red chilli powder mix well close cooker lid presser cook
- For 3-4 whistles. When it cool down completely open lid and mash with masher then add water (depending thickness of gravy) mix well add green coriander leaves
- Cook and make 1-2 boils. Now tempering dal.
- For tempering - Take small pan add 2 spoon clarified butter add garlic and cumin seeds when they crackers and garlic become golden in colour switch off flame and pour it in dal.
