  1. In a kadai heat oil & deshi ghee put whole garam masala & cumin seeds
  2. Just crackle add aloo fry it little cover the lid.2 mins later add tomato puree &all dry masala except kasoori methi mix in a bowl and add it.
  3. Mix masala with sugar and salt fry well,now add fresh peas cover the lid add Little water.
  4. Open lid check the aloo almost done add garam masala & kasoori methi,mix well if water required add little water.cover it for awhile, turn off gas add chopped dhania

  7. First apply ghee in a kadai so that milk will not stuck
  8. Heat 1litter full cream milk keep flame medium so that lacha (malai)will be big form
  9. Stir in interval when milk is alomost half quantity turn off gas.let it cool for few minutes then add as per taste of sugar but Sugar doesn't need much
  10. Now turn on gas on high flame keep stirring,after adding sugar little water will leave so keep stirring.after stirring when it becomes thick turn off gas
  11. Let keep it cool,add as per choice chopped fruits and dry fruits
