  1. Add potatoes, cauliflower, green peas and 2 cups water in cooker, cover the lid and pressure cook vegetables for 3 whistle on medium flame. Tip: you can add more vegetables as per your choice.

  7. Now add all cooked vegetables and add chopped tomatoes.and salt to taste, coriander powder, turmeric powder,and pav bhaji masala and mix it well.mashed all vegetables very nicely with vegetable masher.
  8. Now add 1 glass water and mix it with masher.
  9. Now 4 to 5 minutes cook it.then add lemon juice, kasuri methi, coriander leaves, butter and mix it.
  10. For roasting pav: Heat butter in a pan,add little pav bhaji masala, coriander leaves and mix well.
  11. Make a slit into the pav and roast it both sides.
  12. Serve pav bhaji with butter.
