- 1 cup old aged rice
- 1 ltr full fat milk
- 1/4 cup date palm jagerry (Nolen Gur)
- 2 cardamom, crushed
- 10-12 saffron strands (optional)

- Heat earthen pan. Keep the flame on low. Pour a ladle full of batter on heat pan, cover the pot with earthen lid and let the Pitha steamed for 3-4 minutes or till cooked well.
- Once the pitha is steamed dunked them in the creamy sweet jaggery milk. Chitoi Pitha is ready to serve.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve with some jaggery milk. Enjoy 😊
