  3. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

  8. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  9. 2-3 Tomatoes chopped

  11. 2-3 Green Chillies slit

  13. 1/8 tsp Asafoetida or Hing

  1. In a pan, heat some Oil and add the Ginger garlic paste. Saute it for a few seconds and then add in the Asafoetida and the other ingredients as well. Saute Onions on a low heat with all the powdered spices until done. Now add the chopped Tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy. And then finally add in the Cauliflower florets.
  2. Cover and cook on a low flame for 10-12 minutes. Do not over cook it. It should retain the crunch. It will be done easily. If desired cook it for a little longer duration if you prefer it to be soft. Otherwise it is done in just about 15 minutes in all.
