  2. In pressure cooker heat oil add panch phoron let it release the flavour to oil then add onion tomato paste and ginger garlic paste and later add all the dried spice powder (red chilli,turmeric,zeera,garam masala and black pepper powder).
  3. Cook the masala on medium heat till it releases the oil then add potatoes and peas to masala sauté it well for 5 minutes,add kasuri methi,chopped coriander leaves and 2 cup water (or as per your consistency need).cover and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Off the heat and let cooker releases its pressure on its own.
