  1. Soak almonds and pista in a bowl for 4-6 hours. Clean the rose petals with water and take it in a bowl along with other ingredients except milk and sugar. Let it soak for 4-6 hours.
  2. Peel the skin of badam and pista and add it to the bowl with rose mixture. Transfer the rose mixture to mixer jar and grind to smooth paste. Add milk if required to grind.
  3. Sieve the paste to a bowl. Take the remaining residue and grind again with milk and strain it.
  4. To the smooth puree add remaining milk and sugar. Milk and sugar can be adjusted as per taste. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  5. Pour into glass and Chilled Rose Thandai is ready to be served.
