  4. Dosa paste kept in warm place for 8to 10 hours.
  5. For filling Heat oil,add mustard seed,curry patta,onion and chilli.
  6. Add meshed potato n mix well.sprinkle chaat masala,amchur,and coriander leaves.
  7. For chutney All ingredients grind and give a tadka.
  8. For dosa Heat dosa tawa,pour batter n spread with the help of ladle or katori at low flame. spread aloo masala.
  9. Dosa is ready.serve with yummy chutney or sambhar.
