- 1 tbsp red chilli powder

- 2 cloves
- 2 green cardamom,
- 1 bay leaf
- 1inch cinnamon

- First wash fish properly with haldi powder and salt twice and thrice. Drain the water and keep aside. For marination : In a bowl add 1/2 tsp haldi powder, ginger and garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder,1 tsp oil, lemon juice or 1 tsp vinegar and salt...Mix..well. Then marinate the fish with this masala. Once it is done. Keep aside for 3 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Shallow fry the fish till it light brown in colour boith the sides. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate and keep aside.
- In the same kadai add add little oil. Fry 2 cloves, 2 green cardamom, 1 bay leaf and 1" cinnamon. Then add chopped onion till it is pink in colour. Then add cashew nuts,1 chopped tomato. Fry till the tomato is soft. Once it is done. Switch off the induction and wait till the mixture is cool. Grind it into fine paste.
- In another kadai heat 2 tbsp oil or ghee. Fry the ginger and garlic paste till the raw smell of ginger and garlic goes off. Then add the paste. Fry for 3 minutes till the oil comes out.Then add homemade fresh cream.
- Mix it well. Add enough water and boil for 10 minutes. Now add fried fish one by one.
- Boil it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes check it. If it is done. Garnish with curry leaves.
- Transfer to a serving plate and ready to serve....Rahu Fish Tikka Masala with garlic naan or chappaties.........
