Press it and flatten the top and roll it lightly with a rolling pin.
  6. Make all the kachoris and deep fry them in medium hot oil so that they puff up well. Fry them till golden brown and crispy and take them out on tissue paper. Your kachori is ready to serve with Tamarind Chutney.
