  1. Take a big deep pan and put 1 tbsp oil in it.
  2. Add sarson, spinach, and fenugreek leaves, and a little salt.
  3. Add a glass of water and cook for 10-15 minutes on low-medium heat.
  4. Keep aside till it cools. When it cools, grind into a fine puree.
  5. Take a deep pan and put 1 tbsp oil in it.
  6. When oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds.
  7. When the mustard seeds crackle add crushed green chilli and crushed ginger.
  8. Then add finely chopped onions, fried gram, byadgi red chillies and black gram.
  9. Cook for 1 minute stirring continuously.
