  18. as per taste Salt
  19. pinch Haldi

Steps to make to make Undhiyu

  1. Making muthiya In a bowl add chopped methileaves besan oil crushed dhaniya black pepper salt hing bk of soda pinch n make dough then make muthiya n fry in oil to cryspy n light brown colour all ingredients aur this pl see
  2. Cut Ratalu n fry inoil for pink colour
  3. Making muthiya pics
  4. Now mix all masala n stuff potatoes n baingan mix all veg n leftovers masala very well in a pan hit on the flem add oil n hit it. Add mixer veg n masala cover lid non slow flem for five mini stir it for 3tto 4 times put water on lid for making veg soft n cook now add baby baingan n tomato again cook then add fry ratalu mix it
  5. Cookit now add methimuthiya mix nit last again one oil tadka on sabji Undhiyu n lsome regular masala garnish with fresh coconut green garlic n coriander
  6. Serve with puri salad
