  9. Place one at a time in the oil. Press gently to submerge bread in oil. It will fluff up like a balloon, gently use laddle to splash oil on it. Flip over and cook till golden. For best results, the oil should not be smoking hot. Set aside to drain on brown paper.
  10. The inside should be hollow like this.
