- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 7-8 kaju
- 10-12 kismis

- Heat a Kadai add ghee and fry moong dal till light brown, wash the dal with hot water then add water, turmeric powder, salt, cover it and cook for about 9-10 minutes to boil the dal
- Heat oil in a Kadai add kaju, kismish, fry slightly and take out. Then add the same Kadai all vegetables one by one like cauliflower, beans, carrots, green peas. Also add little salt, turmeric powder and mix it well, close the lid till it becomes fried. Take out in a plate, keep aside.
- Heat oil and ghee in a Kadai add cumin seeds, bay leaves, whole garam masala, dry red chili, and fry it then add tomatoes, ginger paste, cumin powder cook, and mix it well.
- Now add all fried vegetables, kaju, kismish and mix well. Then add boiled dal, cook in high flame add sugar and mix well. If required water and add it.
- Finally, add ghee, garam masala powder mix it and cover close the lid and cook another 2-3 minutes on low flame.
- Now ready Mixed Vegetables Dal. Serve hot with steamed rice.
