  1. Dry roast chana dal until change color in a Kadai.
  2. When cool grind coarsely roasted dal. sieve it.
  3. In a Kadai pour, desi ghee adds the powder of dal. stir continuously for about 5 to 8 min till smell comes.
  4. Now add chopped dry fruits and coconut grated except raisin. Add cardamom powder. switch off the flame.
  5. After cooling sometimes add raisin and powder sugar. Mix well and make the shape of ladoo with help of palm. can store in an airtight container and can consume within 10 to 15 days.
