- Wash proper methi leaves & chopped fine.aute it add 1 teaspoon oil. Boil peas for 3 min add some salt.
- For massla add oil & whole spices. After 2 min saute add garlic,roast for 2 min, now add onion, tomato & dry fruit.
- YAll ingredients saute till soft. Add some drops of water & cook to cover with lid. After cool down make smooth paste.
- Again take the pan add some oil & roast masala paste add haldi,chilli & coriander powder. Roast it till oil separate.
- Now add roasted methi & Peas, cook them on mid flame,add some more salt. At last add cream or beaten malai.
- Garam masala & kasuri methi also add in it. If required add some water. Curry consistency depends on taste.
