Take a tawa pour some refined oil, pour black esi, urad dal, chana dal, red chilli, imli, hing let them fry into golden brown then put off your gas then add salt and jaggery. Then tranfer all the materials in to mixie jar grind it in nutral speed. Keep it in a bowl your tomato onion chutney ready.
- Then prepare for your sambar. Cut your mula, into cubes then cut your onion, then take a tawa pour some refined oil, then, pour black rai, methi seeds, then spark some, curry leaves hing, then add haldi, sambar, powder, fry in for sometime then add, imli puree then cook for sometime add salt and mux your smashed arahar dal everything will be cooking for sometime then tyour muli onion sambar ready....
- Then, first you prepared your moog dosa batter take it in a bowl then heat your dosa tawa after sometime, split some, water and drops of, refined oil combined then pour your batter by circle by your hand, and when cooked you one side then transfer in to other side...
