- 1/2 tsp aamchur powder (dry mango powder)
- 1 pinch hing
- 1 tsp green chilli and garlic paste
- as required Few chopped coriander leaves
- as per taste Salt
- As required oil for fryng
Steps to make to make Stuffed Moong Dal Paratha
- This mein's ala I have used for Moong dal paratha. First wash dam twice and drain the water. Transfer to a bowl add 1 cup water and microbe for 30 minutes... Heat oil in a 'Kadai'. Fry onion till it is light brown in color.
- Now add haldi powder, red chilli powder, roasted jeera powder, hing, green chilli and garlic paste and salt. Mix...it well and fry for 1 minutes. Then add boiled dal and hing. Cook till it is dry. Once it is done then transfer to a bowl add keep aside.
- For dough: In a food processor add whole wheat flour, salt ajwain. Add 2 tbsp of water. Blend it...Then transfer the dough to a bowl. Keep aside Now we will make paratha. From the dough take a small roll it like a chappati. Put the stuffing in the center of the chappati. Sprinkle at ta. So that while rolling the stuffing will not comes out. Now make a rectangle shape slowly roll it. Once it is done then keep aside...
- Heat iron tawa. Place the paratha and cooked both the sides. Apply ghee or oil both the sides till it is light brown in color. Once it is done. Then transfer to a serving plate...
- Hot....Moong Dal Paratha....Ready to serve.....with Amla Pickles...
