- Take oil in a pan and add onion slices. Make it translucent. Now add garlic, green chilli, tomatoes and kaju. Blend it to make a smooth paste. Keep aside.
- Take oil in a pan, add zeera, bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon. Now add peas and maithi and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add tomatoes paste in it.
- Add salt, haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well. Add chicken cube.Add a cup of water and cover it. Cook for 4 -5 minutes on low flame.
- Add cream and green chilli. Cook little more for a minute.
- Serve with chapati and sprinkle fresh coriander.
