  1. Firstly break aloo in small pcs, soak in 1 cup warm salty water, keep aside.
  2. Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add Panchphoren, let it splutter. In goes green chilli, saute it for a sec.
  3. Now add tomato puree & salt, mix it well. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has oozed out.
  4. Open the lid, increase the flame, add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, mix it well. Add lil water, cook it until oil has surfaced. Now add saunf, amchur & garam masala powder, stir it nicely.
  5. Now add 1 cup boiled water, mix it well.let it boil, keep boiling for 2 minutes.
  6. Add in soaked aloo along with water, mix it well. Cook it for 3 minutes.
  7. Lower the flame, cover it again, cook it for 3 minutes. Gravy should be a lil runny.
  8. Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes.
  9. Add chopped dhania patta, mix it well.
  10. Take out in a serving bowl, have it with Poori or Paratha..
