- 1 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- as needed Hot Water
- For the makki ki roti
- 2 cups Makki ka atta or corn meal
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder for colour
- as required Oil for greasing
- as required Warm water to knead the dough
