  9. 2 tbsp thandai paste
  10. 1/2 tin condensed milk
  11. For Thandai Paste -
  12. 10 almonds
  13. 10 cashewnuts
  14. 8 pistachio
  15. 1 tbsp melon seeds
  16. 1 tsp fennel seeds
  17. 6 peppercorns
  18. 1 tbsp poppyseeds
  19. as required Few kesar stands
  20. 4 green cardemom

Instructions to make to make Thandai Rasmalai

  1. Boil milk add vinegar to cuddle milk. Heat sugar and water when sugar melts add thandai powder.
  2. Make balls of paneer in rasmalai and drop in sugar water cook for 10min. It doubleezim size.
  3. To make thandai paste - Soak all ingredients and grind it to paste
  4. For rabdi - Boil full fat milk add thandai paste add condensed milk drop prepared rasmalai cook for some time.
  5. In serving bowl pour rabdi over it with drynuts chilled and serve.
