  3. To cook kadhi mix whisked curd with besan turmeric salt mix well and at two cups of water.
  4. In a cooker heat oil add to splutter methi jeera and mustard seeds add chopped onion and garlic and fry till rawness is gone.
  5. Add besan curd water and allow to boil for 15 minutes now add the prepared pakodi and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Bring down from flame heat ghee for taka. add the ingredients for tadka to hot ghee after some second add the tadka to Kadi pakoda kadhi pakoda is ready to serve.
