- 70 grams Seviyan
- 1 tbsp Gulkand
- 2 paan leaves
- 2 tbsp sugar
- strands Few Saffron
- 2-3 drops green food colour
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- as required Some chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp raisins
- as required Some chopped cashew nuts
- as required Mukhwas for garnishing
- as required Dried rose petals, for garnish
- 1 tbsp ghee

- In the same pan, add ghee and vermicelli. Roast them stirring gently for 5 minutes on medium heat. If you are using roasted seviyan then only cook them for a minute in the ghee.
- In the meanwhile puree paan leaves along with gulkand and 1/4 cup milk, using a blender. Set it aside.
- Add milk in the roasted seviyan, also add paan gulkand paste, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and saffron and bring it to a gentle boil. Add sugar and cook on medium low heat for another 10-15 minutes.
- Seviyan looks thick, add some more milk to it.
- Serve hot or chilled and garnish with mukhwas,dry rose petals, saffron and chopped almonds. And enjoy!
