- 2 Tablespoon Thandai masala
- 1-2 Tablespoon Sugar (if required)
- 2 Tablespoon warm milk + 5 strands of kesar
- 1 Teaspoon chopped Pistachio (for Garnishing)
- 5-7 strands kesar Strands (for Garnishing)
- 5-7 rose petals (for Garnishing)
Steps to make to make Thandai
- Dry roast all the ingredients except sugar only for 1-2 minutes. Once cooled completely, grind into a fine powder along with sugar.
- Take the masala out into a glass jar.
- For preparing the thandai, add 5-6 strands of kesar in warm milk and keep aside for 5 minutes. Add cold milk, sugar(optional), thandai masala and blend in a blender for a few seconds. Pour into a glass and garnish with some pistachios, Rose petals and saffron Strands.
