  4. Now take one bread roll and cut it in the middle and apply garlic chutney. Now add some potato filling on top. Now put peanuts, onion, coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds on top. Press it lightly and add date and tamarind chutney on top and close it with the other part. Prepare all the dabeli in the same way.
  5. Now add some butter in a pan and roast all the dabeli from both sides on medium heat.
  6. Serve hot dabeli along with garlic chutney and date tamarind chutney.
