  2. 1/2 cup fresh cream
  3. 5 tbsp sugar
  4. 3 tbsp thandai powder
  5. 1 tbsp pistachio slivers
  6. 1 tbsp rose petals

Instructions to make to make Thandai Kulfi

  1. Add milk and fresh cream to a heavy bottom pan and start heating it. When it starts boiling, lower the flame and cook it until it reduces to half. Keep on stirring frequently otherwise it will stick to the bottom. Keep on scraping the sides of the pan.
  2. Now add sugar and thandai powder to it and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes. Let it cool down completely.
  3. Add it to kulfi molud and freeze it for 8 to 10 hours or until set.
  4. Garnish thandai kulfi with pistachio slivers and dry or fresh rose petals and serve.
