- 500 GM bathua leaves
- 4-5 onion medium size

- In big pot or cocker put all washed green n add 2-3onion garlic ginger
- Now cook it. don’t close the lid or don’t cover it
- No need to add water in this as when we washed water remains in this
- Now when it properly cooked in 1-2 hours thn let it cool Down n grind it
- While grinding add maize flour it enhances its taste
- After grinding again cook for 1-2 hours so that no taste For raw maize flour
- In between you can add ghee in it n let it cook
- As long as you cook it it tastes that much
- Now in another pan give tadka with onion m green chilies n add this cooked sarso saag
- Hot n tasty sarso Saag is ready While serving add desi ghee as topping
