  3. Divide the oats mixture into 12 parts.Take one part and give it a shape of Patty.Make all the patties like this.
  4. Take oats flour,salt and kashmiri red chilli in a plate.Mix.Keep milk in a bowl.Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.Take one Patty,dip it in milk and roll it in oats flour.Then shallow fry it.Fry all the patties in batches.
  5. Your delicious healthy patties are ready to serve.Serve.hot with green mint chutney and tomato ketchup.
