- For pakora, make a smooth slurry of gram flour by adding dry spices and dip diced potatoes and onions to it. Shallow fry it.keep it aside.
- In a mixture jar add curd and gram flour and mix it well. You can also use whisker to mix it. Keep it aside.
- In an another pan heat cooking oil. Let it heat up, add bay leaves,cumin seeds,dry red chillies coriander seeds,heeng to it.stir it constantly.
- Now, add the curd and gram flour mixture to it with all above-mentioned ingredients.
- Boil it in a low medium heat for 20- 30 minutes.
- Simmer the gas, now add pakoras to it.
- Before serving it garnish it with green coriander leaves. Serve it with hot rice.
