  2. Now take a pressure cooker,add oil or ghee,,add jeera and coriander powder,,now add paste of onions,tomatoes,..and cook until oil releases..now add all the spices and mix well..add 3 tsp water and mix well..
  3. Cut potatoes in big dices,,,and wash them and wash peas as well
  4. Now add aloo and matar to the masala and mix and saute for 1 min..
  5. Now add water acc to your consistency....I add 1 glass of water...add malai and curd..it will enhance the taste..
  6. Now cover the lid and cook for 2 whistles on high flame..and now slow down the flMe and cook for 8-10 min...your sabji is ready...enjoy with rice,roti,,papad,,salad and achar...
