- 1 teaspoon cumin coriander seeds powder
- 1/4 teaspoon haldi powder

- All vegetables are put in boiling water. Boiled 2 minute and drain it.Take a 2 cup water in Matla Pot and heat on medium flame. When water is boiling add the all vegetables.
- Heat a oil for tempering. Add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and hing. When mustard seeds are cracked add the sesame seeds and pour the tempering on vegetables. Add the all masala ingredients and mix well. Close the lid of pot and cook till 15 minute on medium flame.
- Take a all muthiya ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well. Add some water and make a soft dough. Make a 15 small ball from dough and deep or shallow fry.
- Open the lid of pot and add the muthiya in vegetables. Stir and close the lid cook till another 2 minute. Add some boiling water if necessary.
