  1. First of all we will dry roast the peanut on low flame keep stirring continuously so that peanuts gets roasted uniformly and do not burn.once the peanuts starts to separate its skin,turn off the flame and cool completely.peel off the skin and keep aside.
  2. In a large pan add the jaggery and 1 tbsp of water on medium flame,stir till the jaggery melts,boil till the syrup turned glossy and thickens,now add the ghee mix well.
  3. Check the consistency by dropping syrup into a bowl of water,it should form hard ball and cut with the snap sound,else boil for another minute and check.
  4. Turn off the flame and add the roasted peanuts,stir well making sure jaggery syrup coats well. Immediately pour the mixture to a greased tray spread and pat with the help of small greased cup or bowl.
  5. Allow to cool and cut into desired shape,serve them when completely cool and store them in air tight container for around month.
