- Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds and curry patta.Saute.Add green chilli,garlic,ginger and onion.Cook it on medium heat until light brown.Add beetroot and black pepper.Sprinkle salt over it and mix.Cook for 2 min.on high flame.
- Mix turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin. Now transfer it in a cooker,mix 2 tb.spoon.water and close the lid.Switch off the gas after 2 whistles.
- Let it cool.Now open the cooker and cook it if there is water.Sprinkle coconut powder and coriander leaves on it and serve.
- Serve it with dal or any other vegetable curry.
