  1. For making dal Soak dal for 30 min wash and clean dal
  2. Pressure cook dal with salt and haldi for 2 whistle.
  3. Heat ghee add jeera hing ginger green chilli paste add tomato and cook for 1 min add red chilli powder
  4. Add cooked dal add little water if needed garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. For making baati mix in all the ingredients and knead a stiff dough rest it for 10 min knead the dough again using little ghee in your hand divide the dough into equal balls
  6. Take appe pan heat pan drizzle little oil put baati balls and cook from all side turning side by side in low flame keep it aside
  7. For making choorma In a bowl take add and knead stiff dough and cover it with moist cloth rest it for 10 min
  8. Divide the dough into equal balls
  9. Heat ghee add choorma balls and fry till golden brown in medium flame drain and keep it aside let it be cool break it into pieces
  10. Take mixer grinder put the broken pieces and grind to fine powder
  11. Transfer to big bowl add powdered sugar badam makhana mix well
  12. Dal baati choorma is ready to serve
